On Saturday, 16 July, the performing arts team at Ellesmere Park High School, part of Consilium Academies, hosted its inaugural Ellesmere Parklife Music festival, including 5 hours of performances by Ellesmere Park students for the 450 festivalgoers, raising almost £1k for Manchester Forever’s Singing with Dementia group.

Ofsted is clear that Heworth Grange is on “a journey of transformation”, where leaders are passionate about driving improvement and change and are invested in the academic success of all their students.
Moorside High School, part of Consilium Academies, has been rated as ‘Good’ in its latest Ofsted inspection which took place in March 2022.
Ofsted has published its latest report following an inspection at Thornhill Academy in March 2022. Ofsted is clear that Thornhill is an improving school, where the quality of education is improving because teachers have higher expectations of what students can achieve.
The inaugural Consilium Photography Competition has come to a close this term. The competition saw over 350 images submitted from students and staff from every school across the Trust. The theme of this term’s competition was water, encouraging our aspiring photographers to get creative and experiment in order to capture water in diverse, exciting, and unique ways.
