With a background spanning education, strategic development, and governance in the private sector, I hope to bring a unique and valuable perspective to the role of Trustee. Currently serving as Director and Head of ESG at a top 10 AJ100 architectural practice, I lead on sustainability, social impact, and governance initiatives at a national level. This role combines a deep understanding of organisational strategy with a forward-thinking approach to environmental and social responsibility.
Rooted in a lifelong commitment to equity and inclusion, I am especially passionate about creating opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. A firm believer that talent is universal, but opportunity is not, I believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of their starting point in life.
With a professional foundation in education and a proven track record of strategic leadership, I have worked across sectors to deliver meaningful impact through collaboration and thoughtful governance. My experience bridges the gap between the public good and private innovation, offering the Academy Trust a Trustee who is both principled and pragmatic.
As Head of ESG in an architectural practice, I’m fortunate to influence the design of beautiful, sustainable spaces that serve diverse communities and help protect the planet. This commitment to purposeful design reflects a broader belief: that every decision — whether in the built environment or in leadership — should prioritise people, equity, and the long-term future.
I am excited to bring this blend of experience, values, and vision to support the Trust's mission and help shape a more equitable and inspiring future for all its learners.
