    Executive Principal, Transforming Lives Educational Trust.

    Having recently supported Ashlawn School in Rugby from Serious weaknesses to Good across all areas at its recent Ofsted inspection, I have recently had the privilege of working across two academies in the Transforming Lives Educational Trust as Executive Principal. I work closely with the central team to ensure that we provide the best opportunities for our students to thrive in our schools.

    Much of my teaching career and some of the happiest times of my career to date were spent in schools across the Northeast, including Washington,Seaham, Hartlepool and Consett.

    Following a period of self employment as an educational consultant, I moved into Headship in North Yorkshire supporting schools in challenging circumstances, working with the Yorkshire Teaching Schools Alliance in providing leadership and stability during academisation.
