Appointed in April 2025, Zoe brings extensive experience and a strong record of driving school improvement to her role as Executive Director of Education at Consilium Academies. Zoe leads on raising academic performance, enhancing student well-being, advancing equity, and developing staff through effective systems of professional growth and curriculum development. Before joining Consilium Academies, Zoe served as Director of Education at Lift Schools, where she led the strategic vision for the secondary phase. Her work focused on improving academic outcomes, embedding innovative practices and educational technologies, and overseeing a successful restructure process. She also played a key role in setting the direction for curriculum and teacher development. Her earlier roles include Regional Director at Academies Enterprise Trust and Associate Executive Principal at Delta Academies Trust, where she secured significant improvements in outcomes and Ofsted ratings. With over two decades in the education sector, she is known for her clarity of vision, collaborative leadership, and commitment to long-term impact.
