Consilium Academies Named Executive Team of the Year

The award celebrates the exceptional leadership and impact of the Trust's executive team.

The MAT Excellence Awards recognise the achievements of multi-academy trusts from across the country, highlighting excellence in education, leadership and school improvement.

The judging panel praised Consilium Academies for being "consciously and intentionally driven by operational achievement" and recognised the Trust's ability to deliver sustained improvements across major areas of school life.

In their feedback, judges highlighted how Consilium has driven improvements with a tangible impact on the quality of education experienced by young people. They described the Trust's impact as "phenomenal", recognising its success in changing the trajectory of pupils' lives through improved attendance, stronger outcomes and increased opportunities.

Over recent years, Consilium Academies has focused on creating environments where every student can thrive, ensuring that high expectations, strong support systems and a commitment to inclusion are at the heart of every school community.
